MYDIA Pictures is currently casting for our new feature film, BREAKING SILENCE. We will be holding auditions on weekends until Saturday, February 25th, 2012. SYNOPSIS: An undercover agent (JIMENG) takes on an assignment as a bodyguard for a young woman (NAMI) who has no more will to live. CHARACTERS: JIMENG Yang to be played by Beng Hang (Bittersweet Tears, Timeless Love), Asian-American, 20-30 yo. A dedicated young man to his duty and possessing a compassionate heart for justice. His weakness is the guilty conscious that hangs over his head from the death of his partner. NAMI Thao Asian-American, 20-25 yo. A depressed young woman, struggling to keep on living after learning her entire family was murdered in cold-blood. Versatility in a range of acting skills for varied character roles required. Will also play the r! ole of her older sister Maya who died in the line of duty as an undercover agent. CHONG Xiong 25-35 yo. Angry former employee who was recently fired from the Thao's company. He blames the death and suffering of his wife and children on the Thaos and swears to take revenge. KAI Moua Asian-American, 25-35 yo. The Thao's company lawyer; he is power hungry and will do anything to inherit the Thao's family fortune by marrying one of the daughters. XIA 20-30 yo. Bill's personal assistant; she is calm and ...
